Privacy Policy
Effective 11 October 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how the ALM Member Drop rewards platform collects and uses information when members visit the site, submit activity or take part in Creator Rewards.
2. Information we collect
For the public meme competition, we save your Telegram username and membership declaration for moderator checks. Your Telegram username is not shown on the public leaderboard. Public competition usernames, post links, view counts and rankings may be displayed publicly. When you enter a side quest, we also save your answer, connected X account identifier and scoring result. When you submit activity, we collect the Telegram or X username you provide, the activity type, the public proof link, submission time, review status and points awarded. For eligible X posts, we may also collect publicly available post identifiers, author details and engagement metrics such as views, likes, reposts, replies and quotes.
For Trading League, we save your verified wallet address, linked X account, imported public transaction records, calculated results and your visibility choice. Wallet verification uses a signed message; we do not collect private keys or request spending permissions.
The private member code is used to check access when you submit. It is not saved with your submission.
3. How we use information
We use this information to verify membership and activity, prevent duplicate or misleading submissions, calculate points, display the competition leaderboard, administer rewards and protect the integrity and security of the platform.
4. Public information
Approved usernames, point totals, rankings and unlocked entry totals may appear publicly on the leaderboard. Trading profiles are private by default. If you opt in to the public league, your X handle, wallet address and supported trading results are displayed publicly. Cards you download or share contain the handle and trade figures shown in their preview. Proof submitted from X or another public platform remains subject to that platform’s own privacy settings and terms.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information is available to authorised ALM moderators who operate the Member Drop. Technical service providers may process information only as needed to host, secure and operate the site. Public X post data may be checked through X’s services. ALM Trade loads Jupiter’s swap interface and DEX Screener market data and charts. Those services receive requests from your browser and process wallet connections or transactions you initiate under their own terms. Your watchlist stays in this browser’s local storage; session swap receipts are cleared when the page is closed. Trading imports send your wallet address to Helius to retrieve its public transaction history. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
We keep submission records for as long as reasonably needed to run the Member Drop, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. Unlinking your trading wallet removes its link, imported records and calculated results from this platform. It does not remove public blockchain records or copies of cards you have shared. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact an ALM moderator through the official ALM community channel. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the platform or legal requirements change. The effective date above will show when the latest version applies.
